Any online instruction sent is subject to verification and confirmation by Kiley-Hale Solicitors. There is no contract or retainer between you and Kiley-Hale Solicitors until you sign a written agreement with us and return all the necessary paperwork.
Clients will usually be required to sign a Law Society approved Conditional Fee Agreement. Copies are available on request. No up front payment is required and if successful you will keep 100% of your compensation.
Our acceptance of work on a No Win No Fee basis is subject to conditions and, in particular, an assessment of the prospects of success. You will be advised of all the terms before you are committed to proceeding.
If you fail to see the claim through to the end (against our advice) then you may be liable for all the costs and legal fees incurred up to that date. You may also be liable for the other side's legal fees. Kiley-Hale Solicitors reserve the right to take out legal fees insurance in your name at our cost.
